- Concert Band: Gives campus concerts and concerts for high school audiences.
- Concert Choir: Performs fine choral literature.
- Jazz Band: Performs a variety of “Big Band” literature in jazz and popular styles. Offers performances at local churches, clubs and schools, as well as an annual tour with the Lambuth Singers.
- Kaleidoscope: Vocal/Instrumental group that performs at local churches, clubs and schools.
- Lambuth Singers: Select chamber ensemble chosen from the Concert Choir. Also performs with Jazz Band and Concert Choir in local performances.
Lane College Concert Choir Programs range from complex classical pieces to soul-stirring spirituals. Formal concerts include an annual Christmas Concert and an annual tour. Contact: Allen Todd, Choir Director, 731-426-7583.

- Children’s Chorus: A program of the Community Music Center. Offers a concert for parents and community members at the end of every semester.
- Choral Union: Ensemble of community members and university faculty and students performs vocal masterworks with orchestral accompaniment.
- Jazz Band: Plays big band music. Performs one large concert and several short concerts per semester.
- Proclamation: Small traveling ensemble selected from University Singers. Performs for churches, banquets and alumni gatherings.
- Symphonic Band: University-wide performance band which plays high-level pieces.
- University Singers: Union University touring choir which performs for university functions, area churches, Christmas Gift concerts with the Jackson Symphony, and regional and international tours.
Theatre
