Bagels and Bluegrass Bicycle Century Tour Presented in October by The Tourism Association of West Tennessee, Jackson State Community College, and Southwest Tennessee Development District. The Bagels and Bluegrass ride across Southwest Tennessee is a bicycle ride featuring Southwest Tennessee’s State Parks and scenic roads. Beginning with a breakfast of bagels at the staging area located at Jackson State Community College and ending the day with dinner and bluegrass entertainment at the Community College.
